First, you must be committed to connect and actively engage in our program. If you are a minor, your parent/guardian must sign you up to participate. You do not need to have a high school diploma. If you have any issues with your background that could potentially hinder you being employed, please make sure that we discuss it during our initial consultation.
Our program is connected with community partners, career agencies, small business owners and pre-apprenticeship programs locally. We will offer unique career fairs events throughout the year.
Being that this is an online training program, we will require at least 5 hours per week. This is inclusive of accountability chats to ensure you are meeting your benchmarks for your credentials and on your M.A.P. All of our trainings, interviews, and accountability meetings will take place in our virtual office. You will gain credentials to all technology components once you are approved to engage in the program.
During the Duval County School's Spring, Summer, Thanksgiving and Winter breaks, we offer Career Camps through our affiliation with Florida's Vocational Rehabilitation through Mega Social Enterprise.
Once you complete the initial consultation with one of our Onboarding Specialists, you will receive a link to the application to complete. We are only accepting 10 participants per quarter (Jan-March, April-June, July-September, October-December).
