No. Back Office Execs Inc. observes all national holidays. Any additional days that we will not be in the office will be disclosed to you at least 2 weeks prior to the office closing.

Your Client Success Manager will work with you to keep you up to date based on your preferences. You can ask for weekly updates, daily updates and more. 

• Incoming phone calls: Feel free to call your Client Success Manager regarding tasks, but please do not give their phone number out. Our Client Success Manager cannot receive incoming calls for you or your business.
• Sales calls: Our Client Success Manager cannot do “cold calls.” We can definitely make calls on your behalf, but we cannot pitch your product or make sales calls of any kind.
• Running Errands: Back Office Execs Inc. is a “virtual” company. Even if by coincidence, the Client Success Manager is not based in Client’s area, therefore he/she is not permitted to run errands for clients under any circumstances.
• Shipping and/or receiving packages on clients’ behalf: Clients may send packages to their Client Success Manager for the Client Success Manager's personal use such as gifts or supplies being used for Client purposes. However, CSM’s are not permitted to ship packages on clients’ behalf under any circumstances.
• Inappropriate tasks: Our Client Success Managers will not handle any tasks that are explicitly personal and private in nature.

No. Your hours don’t roll over from month to month, so we suggest that you conservatively estimate how many hours of assistance you will need before selecting a plan. If you need additional hours, you can upgrade at any time.
