Our "Customer Service & Call Center Guru" brings years of diverse training credentials to our Team. Mr. Brinson is our Communications Specialist and ensures that all of our Executives' communication needs are met. He will also serve as a trainer for our Outreach Centre.

Ms. Bonds is an incredible asset to our Team. As a tech savvy member of the Operations Management Team, she brings essential experience to our Executives by providing unique conflict resolution tactics, customer relations, HR services (HR policy/procedure development), workplace diversity cultivation, confidential document control, and is an all-around strength to our Executives.

Ms. K. Rogers
As a multiyear experienced Project and Event Coordinator, Ms. Rogers brings a wealth of experience to our Team. She has designed and implemented strategic plans and has collaborated and developed project solutions which has resulted in on-time execution. She has also driven communication within a high-performance, cross-functional organization to meet aggressive goals, as well as has developed and implemented improvement plans to achieve companies' goals, methodologies, and initiatives. Being a liaison with project managers to evaluate project scopes, defining milestones and deadlines are a few of her many project management abilities.

Ms. Collie is an extensively experienced Business Manager who is degreed in International Affairs and Business Management/Marketing. Her focus as a Marketing Manager and Project Specialist will be to ensure our stateside and international Executives' project timelines are met, as well as to ensure that all projects are planned and executed successfully.
