Ms. Cole has operated in multiple capacities, to include but not limited to a Senior Retail Loan Processor, Consumer Vehicle Lending Collections agent, Customer Service representative, and Collections manager.

 Meet our Senior E-Administrator who has over 10 years of customer service, travel planning, operations and management experience. Ms. Smith has operated in a variety of leadership and coordinator roles, which will ensure our Team is operating fluidly with excellence. As the Quality Assurance lead, she will ensure that our Team maintains the desired level of quality in our services and products, especially by means of attention to every stage of the process of delivery and production. 

Our "Customer Service & Call Center Guru" brings years of diverse training credentials to our Team. Mr. Brinson is our Communications Specialist and ensures that all of our Executives' communication needs are met. He will also serve as a trainer for our Outreach Centre. 

As a multiyear experienced Project Coordinator, Mrs. DeFreeze brings a wealth of experience to our Team. She has designed and implemented strategic plans and has collaborated and developed project solutions which has resulted in on-time execution. She has also driven communication within a high-performance, cross-functional organization to meet aggressive goals, as well as has developed and implemented improvement plans to achieve companies' goals, methodologies, and initiatives. Being a liaison with project managers to evaluate project scopes, defining milestones and deadlines are a few of her many project management abilities.
